Keeping users safe and happy. The User Support Team strives to provide excellent customer service by evaluating and responding promptly to users claims. To evaluate content abuse, the team employs both a proactive search and delete functionality, as well as an internal system for manually reviewing photo and abuse reports.User Support also takes advantage of their daily interaction with users to organize users' reported errors and give feedback to the Tech team about what problems exist on the page and their relative priority. Overall, the team tries to maintain an environment on Tuenti where real users can feel safe interacting with other users.
