At .Tuenti, we want to get on the bandwagon and take it even further, which is why we’re launching an exclusive promotion today for new clients: 2GB of data, 100 VozDigital minutes and 200 SMS messages for 6 months for €7, only for clients who transfer their number to .Tuenti from today.

This promotion, which offers double the gigabytes we usually provide with our €7 rate, is available in stores and on our website for new pay-as-you-go and contract clients and, as always, it comes with no minimum term.

We are focusing on VOZDIGITAL with our new tariffs

Today we are presenting our new commercial offering with new tariffs that have a strong focus on VOZDIGITAL, the innovative service presented in July that is the element that differentiates us from other cell phone carriers.

We believe in value-added services, and aside from offering excellent tariffs, what really stands out is that we are providing customers with an experience that is different from other cloudphone services and that no other carrier can offer. This means that all phone book contacts, call history, account management, etc., are available in the device as well as in the cloud, in the customer's Tuenti profile, which can be accessed from any device (web or mobile). We offer a multi-platform cloud experience, and all communication services (text messages, standard GSM calls, VoIP calls, voicemail, push-to-talk, etc.) are integrated in our app.

From now on, new customers who purchase a Tuenti Móvil SIM from the website as well as existing customers who would like to change their tariff will have access to four different tariffs:

We are also introducing a simplified offering of three tariffs for physical point of sale locations. The €7 and €11 plans are now joined by a €16 plan that includes 1 GB + 100 min of GSM calls and unlimited VOZDIGITAL minutes:

GSM calls are charged at 0 cents per minute, while the unlimited VOZDIGITAL tariffs, referred to as "The first unlimited voice plan for everyone", represent the company's commitment with providing access to calls through the app to customers who do not use traditional voice calls.

This September, VOZDIGITAL maintains its discounted price

Good news! This past August we launched a special discount promotion for the launch price of our monthly VOZDIGITAL plans. Due to strong demand from our customers, we have decided to extend the promotion until the end of September.

VOZDIGITAL plans currently account for 30% of the plans that Tuenti Móvil sells, and we want existing as well as new customers to continue benefiting from data and call minutes at discounted prices as long as they maintain a VOZDIGITAL plan:

  • After applying the promotional discount, the 1GB plan with 200 minutes of VOZDIGITALcalls costs only €10/month (VAT included).
  • The 2GB plan with unlimited VOZDIGITAL calls has a discounted price of €18/month (VAT included).

Data Stop: Stop Using Data When Your Bundle Runs Out

We’re all about innovation and we’re at it again. We’re introducing a new feature for Tuenti Móvil clients with prepaid lines that allows them to stop their national data connection when their data Bundle has run out. Starting today, clients who have Data Stop enabled when their monthly Internet Bundle runs out will be able to control when they use data and will not receive extra charges for connecting to the Internet.

With this optional feature enabled, clients with prepaid lines will not be able to connect to the internet from their device, but they will be able to use the Tuenti app to chat, call or share with friends and contacts thanks to Zerolímites, our value-added service that doesn’t require credit or data.

Clients can enable or disable Data Stop whenever they want on their Mobile Account through the Tuenti app or on the web: with an active or inactive data Bundle, or even while using Bonoplus. If this feature is deactivated and the client has exhausted his/her data Bundle (or it is inactive), Internet connections are charged at a rate of 3.63 cents/MB, and the connection speed will remain the same.
